Charles Spurgeon&#8217;s comments on these psalms also annoy me to beat the band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this longish psalm, David brags that he is a \u201cwonder to many\u201d and that YAH is his \u201crock,\u201d because when Dave grows old and gray, YAH won&#8217;t throw him out like a mismatched sock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, my rhyming can be quite wince-inducing, just like the apologetics of the Rev. Spurgeon.
